Our Story

The Beauty Bar was started with a vision to create exceptional work; customizing styles for each individual while helping our clients feel their best. Along with obtaining cosmetology licenses, the founders of The Beauty Bar both came from business backgrounds. Our hair stylist, Tori, received her degree in accounting at Hofstra University and our makeup expert, Irene, studied in North Carolina receiving a degree in fashion and visual merchandising. Combining our talents with our business backgrounds we decided to join forces and The Beauty Bar was born! With the start of this business we knew that our talent and values would help us create unforgettable experiences for their clients. What sets us apart is our one on one consultations where we really listen to the needs of each client and customize the look they are envisioning. It is our job to create an environment where our clients can look and feel their best. We love what we do and know you will too!
